PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
What We Do
Working in the Service and Logistics sectors we increase our clients' profits by improving their processes
Technology Consultancy
Doing More for Less
The alignment of information technology with the overall business objectives is one of the most critical yet most often ignored aspects to making the best use of information technology within a business.
We have over twenty years experience of working with companies and their management teams to improve the value they get from their business systems. Whether you are a small company or a large company we can help you to use information technology more effectively.
Process Improvement
Making Things Better
Focused on the service sector and supply chain we use a combination of tools and techniques, including lean methodologies to improve your processes and hence your profits. Our proven track record demonstrates multi-million pound savings are possible.
We bring together our process improvement and technology consultancy services to use software systems to facilitate process improvement / redesign.
Typically implementing a new software system offers the greatest opportunity to revisit / replace existing processes. We combine ourproject management and change management services with our process improvement and technology consultancy services to deliver software system facilitated process improvement.
Change Management
Evolve
We are the catalyst to initiate change and to make change part of your company's culture. We have proven tools that ensure your team is focussed on what to change, and form the basis for communicating to your staff.
Our business modelling methods mean that the risk of change is minimised, and that we can quantify the benefits of planned changed.
Interim Management
Time is Money
When the business landscape changes sometimes the skills required will not lie within the existing team. Typically these skills will only be needed for 3 to 6 months, we can provide these skills.
If you need rapid results but lack the resources and skill in-house, interim managers are often the answer. Our experienced staff will make a difference quickly.
Lean organisation structures mean there will be very limited internal resources available for additional projects or increased business activity. We can provide this resource whilst you recruit new staff.
Project Management
Don't Plan, Plan to Fail
Our project management skills have been developed over the last twenty years. They are based upon the Prince2 project management methodology, which we have reviewed and refined to produce a set of project management tool that can be used to manage projects ranging from a small 10 day project through to a very large project lasting over a year.
Our project methodology is based around five principle project management tools;
- Business Case
- Project Plan
- Issues & Tasks Log
- Communication Log
- Risks & Contingencies Log
